Rug of the Week

Rug of the Week

Your rug deserves a bigger room than your feed.

A lot of extraordinary tufting is buried under an algorithm. Send us a project you are proud of and the story behind it. If we feature you, we put your work and your name in front of tufters across Europe.

About You

Who can we tag if we promote your work?
Where are you from, what is your age?
How long have you been going at this craft?
And what keeps you coming back to it?
Any tips you'd share with fellow tufting enthusiasts?

Tell us about your project

We ask quite a few questions. You do not have to fill everything in if it does not apply to you or your project. The more you share, the better we can write about it.
You could have tufted anything but choose this. Is there a story behind it?
Were there any moments you felt like giving up?
How did you overcome them?
Would you try different materials next time?
Drag & Drop Files, Choose Files to Upload You can upload up to 7 files.
You can share images of the final result, as well as a picture of yourself if you want.

What makes a strong submission

Show it in daylight

Near a window, on the floor, from above. A phone camera in good light beats a good camera in bad light.

Send the messy photos too

The frame half finished. The colour that did not work. The back of the rug. Process is what people stay for.

Tell us what it cost you

The hours, the mistakes, the third attempt at the outline. That is the story, not the finished object.

Give us your handle

Instagram, TikTok, wherever you post. We credit and link every feature back to the maker.

Your work stays yours

By submitting, you give us permission to publish your images and your story on our website, in our newsletter and on our social channels, with credit to you. You keep the copyright in your work and you can ask us to take a feature down at any time.

Only submit photographs you took, or that you have permission to share. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you send anything.

We use the email address you give us to talk to you about your submission. See our privacy policy.
