Returns and Refunds

We know you’re going to love our products, but just in case you don’t, we’ve got you covered for a easy return.

How many days do I have to return?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery. Products should be returned via the online returns portal within fourteen days of the delivery date.

Depending on your location we offer the following options for returns:
– Drop off at a servicepoint
– Arrange a pick-up at your home

Create your return and we will provide a pre-paid return label. Simply print and place the label on your return package and drop off at the nearest pick-up point location.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
– Any return that is requested more than 14 days after delivery.

Please pack all returns carefully to avoid them being damaged during transit. And keep proof of postage.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, please contact us via [email protected] and we will take a look at the transaction status with our payment provider.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item, please take pictures and inform us of the issue. For example if it is a factory defect, or damaged during shipping. Send us an email at [email protected] and we will replace the items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
