Returns and Refunds

We know you’re going to love our products, but just in case you don’t, we’ve got you covered for a easy return. Simply request a return label via customer service.

How many days do I have to return?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery for countries within the European Union. Returns should be requested via support@tuftingeurope.com within fourteen days of the delivery date.

We do not offer free returns outside of Europe. For the U.K., Norway, Zwitserland and other countries outside of the European Union. You are welcome to arrange the shipment to our repair facility, and once the repair is completed, we’ll cover the shipping cost to return the item back to you. So we meet you halfway.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is packaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
– Opened items, not used. (25% restocking fee)
– Any return that is requested more than 14 days after delivery.

Please pack all returns carefully to avoid damage during transit. And keep proof of postage.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 3 days, please contact us via support@tuftingeurope.com and we will take a look at the transaction status with our payment provider.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item, please take pictures and inform us of the issue. For example if it is a factory defect, or damaged during shipping. Send us an email at support@tuftingeurope.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
