Order before 15:00 on weekdays, and we’ll ship your order the same day!
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
As soon as your order is packed, you’ll get an email with your tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way — right up to your door.
For international orders, we use FedEx to make sure your package arrives quickly and safely. FedEx doesn’t transport on Sundays, so if you order on Friday make sure to add one extra day when using the delivery information below.

Customers based outside of the EU
Customers from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and elsewhere worldwide may be charged import duties and taxes. We compensate this by offering TAX free shopping to our non EU customers. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods.

When your package is received by your customs. A letter with the details and payment instructions will be sent to you. To receive the package, please follow the instructions in the letter and complete the payment.
Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
