Monday to Friday, orders before 12:00 are packed and shipped the same day. Otherwise next business day. Weekend orders are shipped the following Monday.
When your order is shipped, you receive a tracking code via e-mail and sms. You will receive several updates throughout the shipping process up to delivery.

Delivery time per country
Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). We ship our products to every EU country.
The estimated delivery time below excludes time needed for customs clearance to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and territorial areas within the EU. The number of days is based on regular service. Consider any delays caused by local issues, holidays or extreme demand during sales like Black Friday.

Customers based outside of the EU
Customers from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and elsewhere may be charged import duties and taxes. We compensate this by offering TAX free shopping to our non EU customers. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods.
Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
