We ship orders Monday to Friday from our Amsterdam warehouse. Order before 16:00 for same day shipping. Weekend orders are shipped Monday morning.
You receive a tracking code via e-mail once your order has been packed, with updates throughout the shipping process up to delivery.

Customers based outside of the EU
Customers from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and elsewhere worldwide may be charged import duties and taxes. We compensate this by offering TAX free shopping to our non EU customers. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods.

When your package is received by your customs. A letter with the details and payment instructions will be sent to you. To receive the package, please follow the instructions in the letter and complete the payment.
Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
