Rates and delivery times

Delivery times are working days, counted from dispatch. Weekends and public holidays do not count.

We do not currently ship to Cyprus, Malta or United Kingdom (UK).

Prices for Switzerland and Norway exclude local VAT and import duties, which are due on delivery.

If your order contains a frame, it travels on its own. The rest of your order may arrive first.

Check it before you place the order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier.

PostNL leaves your parcel with a neighbour or at a pickup point. FedEx retries the next working day, then holds it at a pickup point.
