Shipping
We ship all orders locally from our own Netherlands based warehouse. Order before 14:00 on weekdays and your order leaves the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday ship the following Monday morning.
- 📧 Tracking by email — as soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
- 📍 Delivered to your checkout address — double-check your address before placing your order. We ship to exactly the address you enter.
- 📦 Securely packaged — all orders are carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.
- 📅 Delivery times are in business days — Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays don’t count.
- 🚪 Not home? PostNL will leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a nearby pickup point. FedEx will attempt redelivery the next business day, then hold it at a local pickup point.
- 🙋 Something went wrong? If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged — reach out to us and we’ll sort it out.

Ordering as a business, enter your VAT number during checkout. Shopping from outside the EU? VAT is automatically removed at checkout when you select your country.
Import Duties
For non-EU destinations, local customs may charge import duties on arrival. You’ll receive a letter with the amount and payment instructions. Check your country’s thresholds before ordering. Parcels rejected due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded.
