How ordering works

  1. Send us your list Email what you need, or attach your official purchase order. No account, no registration, no application form.
  2. We send a formal quotation A PDF quote with your prices, shown both excluding and including VAT, ready to hand to procurement.
  3. Approve it and we ship Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave the same day. Euro pallet delivery via DHL Freight for large shipments.
  4. We invoice your finance team By Peppol or by email, payable within 30 days.

Already have an EU VAT number?

If you are a business outside the Netherlands, you do not need to contact us at all. Enter your VAT number at checkout. We validate it against VIES, the tax comes off automatically, and your business invoice arrives by email.
