Returns and Refunds

Returns can be requested up to 14 days after delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@tuftingeurope.com with your order number.

You can return a package at your own cost using a carrier of your choice, or request a pre-paid label from us. The cost of our labels is based on your location and will be deducted from your total refund amount, see the chart below.

Non-EU Countries (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland)
Returns can be arranged at your own expense to our warehouse. For repairs, we’ll cover the shipping back to you once the repair is completed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Include all cords, accessories, and documentation.
  • Ensure the product is in its original unused condition.
  • Pack securely to prevent damage in transit

We may apply a partial refund in these situations:

  • The item is used, or not in its original condition, or parts are missing (not due to our error)

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days, minus the return shipping fee.

🔄 Exchanges under warranty

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us with photos and a description of the issue (e.g. factory defect, shipping damage). We’ll sort it out — contact us at support@tuftingeurope.com.
